Honestly, I really cant remember why I stopped using it; its available for 6.99.

If you just want to look at two windows side-by-side anothing nothing else, this app is for you.

It hasnt been updated in almost two years, but the reviews for this are so great that I wanted to include it; its available for 0.99.
